   The world of Second Life may best be realized at EPA to use this technology to educate, promote and reach out to the public, special groups, stakeholder and Government Agencies on EPA’s
   Purposes, Accomplishments, Issues, initiatives, projects, and various law and regulatory mandate the Agency must follows. Pictures and 3-D demos give powerful messages to the visitors. We then channel these understandings to build better relationship, partnerships and collaboration. The value in this is to build and gain more trust.
